Fourteen Coats is growing, and we’re looking to bring on a part-time contract creative to support upcoming projects across festivals, brand campaigns, social media, and documentary work.

This is ideal for someone creative, adaptable, and excited to work in fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

On-Site Support
• Event and festival coverage
• Real-time Instagram story coverage
• BTS capture (photo + short-form video)
• Assisting with interviews (lighting/audio setup)
• Supporting creator events and brand shoots

Content Creation + Social Support
• Filming phone-first reels
• Reel assembly and formatting
• Caption formatting + scheduling
• Content organization
• Light editing (mobile + basic desktop)

You Are:

• Creative with strong visual instincts
• Confident and personable around clients
• Comfortable traveling locally (and occasionally beyond)
• Quick with your phone and social platforms
• Reliable and organized
• Calm in busy environments
• Excited about storytelling and aesthetic direction

Experience is great — but taste, energy, and work ethic matter just as much.
